Autumn Forest School For All The Family

Family Forest school 3 – 11 years old:

This Family Forest School will be a selection of interactive Woodland activities. The sessions will be planned for children of all ages.  The activities will all be focused on outdoor, natural enjoyment following the seasons and awakening ur senses.  The activities will be led by Heidi, a qualified Forest School Leader who works both in the woodlands with varied age groups and adults.  Come along and be inspired in our lovely location of Wilderness Wood….spend some time with your little and big ones around a fire being creative and chatting to old and new friends.

What we will get up to?

We would love for everyone to bring a vegetable! one each…courgette, carrots, cabbage, onion, potato, or anything else you have in your cupboard…we would like to invite you to make pot luck soup with us and read the book stone soup around the fire. If we can gather enough

What should I bring?

As the activities will be taking place outside waterproof jacket/ trousers
Long sleeved shirts and trousers are a good idea but not essential
Comfortable warm outdoor shoes                                                                                                                                                  Hat – for warmth or a sun hat
1 whole Vegetable for soup we will make over the fire, bread to dip in soup and a bowl and a spoon!

Age  

 3-99 years accompanying adult free. Tickets are for children only. Baby siblings free/welcome.
