Explorers day at the wood – With Wriggly and Mel

What to bring: Please make sure your child comes with a backpack – including appropriate clothing and shoes. A packed Lunch for the day and a bottle of water.

Let’s explore the woods, design ways of remembering our routes, identify plants and trees that might help us,  build shelters, set up a base camp, make it snug, waterproof and with special features. Gather fire material, light fires, have a picnic lunch either in our shelters or around the fire. Make a chestnut stick for toasting marshmallows. Play games that help us to connect to the woods and the animals.
