What we will get up to?

This workshop is being run by Heidi of  Little Forest school.

Listen to one of our favourite stories “Room on the broom” by Julia Donaldson around the fire…..

Make a Besom Broom from natural materials found on woodland floor ready for a witch to fly on…or sweeping the leaves!
Wicked woodland spells and weird potions to take home.  Cook a toffee apple on the fire.

What to wear

No flammable outfits please, we will be having a fire…..or wear over clothes, the costume can then be taken off when we work around the fire!                                                                                                                                                                    As the activities will be taking place outside, you should wear comfortable clothing.
Long sleeved shirts and trousers are a good idea but not essential
Comfortable outdoor shoes
Waterproof jacket/ trousers
Hat – for warmth or a sun hat
