Winter treats for the birds February Half Term Fun Forest School For All The Family

Family Forest school 3 – 99 years old:

This Family Forest School will be a selection of interactive Woodland activities. The sessions will be planned for children of all ages.  The activities will all be focused on outdoor, natural enjoyment following the seasons and awakening our senses.  Activities will be led by Claire, a qualified Forest School Leader who works both in the woodlands with varied age groups and adults.  Come along and be inspired in our lovely location of Wilderness Wood….spend some time with your little and big ones around a fire being creative and chatting to old and new friends.

What we will get up to?

We will be thinking about creatures of the wood this time of year and making Winter bird feeders and homes for the woodland creatures to keep warm in and keeping warm by the fire by cooking a campfire treat and sharing a hot herbal tea / Hot Chocolate !

What should I bring?

As the activities will be taking place outside waterproof jacket/ trousers
Long sleeved shirts and trousers are a good idea and be dressed for the warmth
Comfortable warm outdoor shoes  Hat – for warmth

Age   3-99 years accompanying adult free. Tickets are for children only. Baby siblings free/welcome.
