Forest School course ( 4 sessions) – Tuesday Owlets  Group for ages 18 months-5 yrs!

Monday through to Friday Term time we offer family forests schools open to any child between 18 months – 5 years, it is a nurturing, fun, creative space for children to learn, develop, grow in confidence and have lots of memorable first experiences with their grown-ups.  With lots of opportunities to explore, experiment and be part of a team , children learn about the woods, wildlife, the seasons, themselves and each other.

On Tuesday after a short Winter Hibernation Wriggly  will offer Forest School activities and opportunities for free play and exploration. Its a wonderful time of year to be in the woods exploring the seasons changing…. getting cosy by the fire, keeping our bodies warm through play.

Activities may include seasonal arts and crafts, foraging, camp fire cooking, using simple tools, mud play and potions, shelter building and more. This is for parents and their child to come and spend some time in the wood with a wonderful group of people! The parents are normally highly involved in this to!

4 Sessions starting after a short hibernation please note the Hatch @ Wilderness Wood is closed until the 30th Jan. Baby siblings free and more than welcome!
